Student Portal Login: portal.guitarninjas.com

Your Practice Portal is where you'll manage your schedule, access learning materials, and more (quick video overview here).

  • Your login credentials have been emailed to you!

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations and reschedules are made within your Practice Portal account or our App

  • Lesson cancellations must be made by 9am of the lesson day (or by 9pm on Friday for Saturday lessons) to qualify for a makeup lesson. Here's a quick video overview (desktop), and here's one for the mobile app.

    • Please Note: Makeup lessons must be scheduled and taken within 3 weeks of the cancelled lesson.

Online Lessons and Zoom Links:

We allow you to convert your lesson to an online lesson up to 1 minute before your lesson (we understand stuff happens)! Here's how to make it happen (or, check out this quick video tutorial!):

  1. Login to your app or student Practice Portal, click on “Schedule”.

  2. Click on your lesson day, and then click “Join Zoom Lesson”.

    • Make sure you’re selecting the correct lesson date! Each Zoom link is specific to your lesson day & time.

  3. Your instructor will get a notification that you’re going to be joining the lesson online.

  4. Zoom will automatically open up for you, and the instructor will let you into the Zoom room.

Membership Dues:

We bill on the 2nd of each month. It will appear on your statement as "Maestro Performance Products".

Please note: If you are starting past the 2nd of the month, we will prorate your first month and charge you before your first lesson.

Please Note: Missed lessons do not roll into the next month. Billing is 4 lessons per month.

Membership Cancellation:

If you choose to leave the club, please let us know by filling out this form no later than 1 week before the next billing cycle (2nd of the month). Membership cancellations made after the 2nd of the month will take effect the following month.
